Much Needed Updated Pictures!

Ella is making a funny face in this picture.
Ella loves her little sister and Miriam loves her big sister! They are so cute. Just the other day Ella was hoping around and Miriam was just laughing. The more Ella hopped, the more Miriam would laugh, then Ella would laugh and Miriam would laugh even more and of course I was laughing myself. It was just too cute. They are so much fun! I love my girlies!
We started Miriam on solid foods. She loves to eat all her veggies and fruits.
This has got to be the cutest picture ever. Miriam is such a happy baby and is such a joy to have around.

Purina Farms

We went to Purina Farms one Saturday with some friends. Purina Farms is a place where they have farms animals that you can pet. Ella had a really fun time. We even saw a dog show. Ella is still talking about all the different animals and she wants to go back. I didn't take a camera, but this is a picture that a friend took while we were there. She was looking at all the carp fish.

Mini Vacation

James' mom came to visit for a few days and while she was here we went to the Zoo and Six Flags. We all had a fun time.

Six Flags

Miriam got to "swim" too.
Ella had a blast in the water park.
Ella rode the merry-go-round at least five times. It was probably her favorite ride.

The Zoo

Ella did not want to sit on the hippo for a picture. She was afraid.
These hippos swam right by us. It was pretty cool.
Ella is soaking wet. This was probably the favorite part of the Zoo for Ella.

Happy Mother's Day!

Easter Sunday

Easter Egg Hunt

Today we went to an Easter egg hunt at one of our friend's farm. It was fun and Ella had a wonderful time finding the eggs, seeing all the animals and hanging out with her friends. Ella even found the silver egg! (she recieved a hint though)

Nauvoo

We were able to go to Nauvoo for a few days with the YSA group here. It was such an amazing trip. We had lots of fun and our testimonies of the early pioneers and Joesph Smith were definitely strengthen. Everyone should go at least once. I've posted a few pictures, more are on the way.

Shooting

So, James got himself a new gun for his birthday. It is a Springfield Armory 9mm. He really likes it. We went shooting today with some friends and had lots of fun. Shooting it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I actually enjoyed it. 

Randomness

I thought this was just too cute! I usually sit in her room until she falls asleep for a nap/bedtime, but today she just would not go to sleep. I closed her door and left and when I returned a few minutes later, I found her like this. By the way, those shoes are way too big for her.
