River Trip
Last night for our FHE activity we went to the river. It was Ella's first time at the river. She had so much fun. James would throw a rock and then Ella would throw one (a much smaller one, of course) and then she would point towards James for him to throw one. They did this the whole time we were there. The water was really cold, so we didn't stay long. I forgot to grab my camera before we left so I don't have any pictures. We are planning to go this saturday to a different river, so I'll take pictures then. The rivers here are very nice. Unlike the Florida rivers, you can see to the bottom and they are very clear. It was nice.

Espanol
James and I are going to learn how to speak Spanish. As we learn we are going to teach Ella as well. We have some friends that speak Spanish fluently, and they have graciously decided to help us learn. It should be fun. We think that it is important and can be very beneficial if we and our children know more than one language. So, we will see how it goes.
Adios :D

Summer Fun
After Party
Such a slacker
So I haven't started my food journal. I'm such a slacker. We went on vacation 2 weeks ago, and got way off of our routine. So, I have been trying to get back on the wagon with my excersise routine. It hasn't been so easy. I am progressing though, so that is a good thing. I really want to lose 40 more pounds to reach my goal weight of 160 lbs. I just need to quit slackin' and get on with it. One of the main reasons why I started this blog was so that I could just "talk" about everything. I think that it might help me with becoming the "new" me.

Fatness
So I have been trying to lose weight, and I have lost some but I haven't reached my goal yet. So I am going to start a food journal. I believe that it will be able to help me see what I eat and how much of it. I hear that it works for some people. Well see if it works for me. I'm starting tomorrow because we have chocolate cake for the party (:D)

Party!
Tomorrow is my beautiful daughter's 1st birthday party. We are going to have an amazing time. We are going to have a little blow-up pool, sprinkler, water guns and a pinata! And of course we will have food! We are going to have all of her favorites, PB&J sandwiches,(yes I fed my child peanut butter before she turned 1) bananas, watermelon, cheetos, and chocolate cake with pink sprinkles. The birthday is a rubber duck theme, she loves ducks. So, we have a pink rubber duck to go on her cake. I believe I am more excited than her, but then again she's only 1.
