Crazy Junk
Today Ella has been so sick. She started vomiting around 4am this morning and continued to vomit every 10 minutes until about 8am. We took her to the ER around 6am, but they only advised us to give her liquids. Problem is she didn't want any liquids and when we did give her some she would immediately puke it up. We finally got home and she then started to vomit every hour. It was a mess. This has been the first time Ella has really been sick. About 10:30am, James and another brother from church, gave Ella a blessing for the sick, since that blessing Ella has not vomited and she was able to get some sleep. I know the power of the Priesthood is real. She has been up and eating and playing a little bit. She still acts like she is tired but if you were vomiting all morning I'm sure it would wear you out. I haven't been much of a help. James has basically held Ella while she puked. I tried but being pregnant I have a weak stomach and when she would puke I would puke/gag as well. So thanks James. You're the best.
Another crazy thing is that my tooth has been hurting since Friday evening and all day Saturday, and when I awoke this morning, my upper lip was swollen. It has been swollen all day and I look like a "Who" from Dr. Seuss. Anywho, hopefully it'll go away, if not I have to go to the doctor. It's been a crazy day.

A wonderful day!
So today is my birthday. *yay* I am 24...yup I know, getting old. Anywho, it has been really great. I spent the morning in St. Louis at the temple. And then when we got home, I searched the house for my present that James surprised me with. He got me a beautiful watch and a gift card to JC Penny, so I can buy some "fat pants" (being that I am pregnant) So that was fun. And then we went to a local resturant here, and stuffed our faces with yummy bar-b-que and fixin's (I have to fill out my fat pants right? :P) All in all, it has been such a wonderful day.

It's A GIRL!!!
We found out today that we are having another girl! I was kinda disappointed, because I thought I was for sure having a boy because this pregnancy has been completely different than Ella's. But that's cool. I am glad we are having a girl. It will be fun having two of them around. And plus we already have girl stuff, so it works!! Her name is Miriam Elisabeth.

House sitting
So, this whole house sitting is way awesome. We have a huge house with no rent or mortgage payment. Good right? Yeah of course, except when it is fall. So since it is fall and all the leaves are falling one must rake the leaves. Did I ever mention I hate raking leaves? Well, I do. I hated it as a kid and I still hate it. But it must be done. So, this whole house sitting has its perks, it also has downers, like raking leaves!!!!!! ERRGGGHHH!!!

Learning animal sounds
Ella is learning animal sounds. She is so cute. Whenever she sees the animal she automatically makes the sound of that animal. If she sees an animal that she's not sure what it is, she will make the "alligator sound". She is so funny.

Whole Hog Roast
Yesterday we had a ward activity. We had a whole hog roast, Hawaiian style. That is where they bury the whole hog on top of coals in the ground. It was pretty gross looking at the pig as you can see from the picture. It was yummy though.

River Trip
Last night for our FHE activity we went to the river. It was Ella's first time at the river. She had so much fun. James would throw a rock and then Ella would throw one (a much smaller one, of course) and then she would point towards James for him to throw one. They did this the whole time we were there. The water was really cold, so we didn't stay long. I forgot to grab my camera before we left so I don't have any pictures. We are planning to go this saturday to a different river, so I'll take pictures then. The rivers here are very nice. Unlike the Florida rivers, you can see to the bottom and they are very clear. It was nice.

Espanol
James and I are going to learn how to speak Spanish. As we learn we are going to teach Ella as well. We have some friends that speak Spanish fluently, and they have graciously decided to help us learn. It should be fun. We think that it is important and can be very beneficial if we and our children know more than one language. So, we will see how it goes.
Adios :D

Summer Fun
After Party
Such a slacker
So I haven't started my food journal. I'm such a slacker. We went on vacation 2 weeks ago, and got way off of our routine. So, I have been trying to get back on the wagon with my excersise routine. It hasn't been so easy. I am progressing though, so that is a good thing. I really want to lose 40 more pounds to reach my goal weight of 160 lbs. I just need to quit slackin' and get on with it. One of the main reasons why I started this blog was so that I could just "talk" about everything. I think that it might help me with becoming the "new" me.

Fatness
So I have been trying to lose weight, and I have lost some but I haven't reached my goal yet. So I am going to start a food journal. I believe that it will be able to help me see what I eat and how much of it. I hear that it works for some people. Well see if it works for me. I'm starting tomorrow because we have chocolate cake for the party (:D)

Party!
Tomorrow is my beautiful daughter's 1st birthday party. We are going to have an amazing time. We are going to have a little blow-up pool, sprinkler, water guns and a pinata! And of course we will have food! We are going to have all of her favorites, PB&J sandwiches,(yes I fed my child peanut butter before she turned 1) bananas, watermelon, cheetos, and chocolate cake with pink sprinkles. The birthday is a rubber duck theme, she loves ducks. So, we have a pink rubber duck to go on her cake. I believe I am more excited than her, but then again she's only 1.
New blog
Hey everybody! I got a new blog. I am way excited to get started! Hope everyone enjoys reading it!
